My Favourite Food for All Seasons is a book I have been writing for over 10 years. I share my extensive knowledge of seasonal Australian produce in over 130 delicious recipes. The chapters are Summer, Autumn, Winter & Spring – with both sweet and savoury recipes in each. Stunningly laid out with beautiful colour photography for every recipe, you’ll see how easy it is to use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create beautiful food for everyday.

With my trademark tips & tricks to guide you through each recipe, even the most novice of cooks will realize how easy and enjoyable cooking can be when you follow recipes that are well written, tested and leave nothing to chance!

Luciano Pavarotti, a man who knew how to live life to the full, once wrote “One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating”. It’s one of my favourite quotes and a sentiment that has inspired me in the writing of fab food for family & friends.
